I love color; I love river rocks; and I love mountain streams. buy This is my abstract combination of those loves.
The 12"h x 16"w painting is in a mixed media medium. It constists of pencil, oil pastels, acrylic paint wash and a thick clear acrylic gloss on top.

I found the ethnic frame at a yard sale. It measures and is permanently attached to the painting via the thick clear acrylic gloss that dried tight to the painting and the frame. Some of the wood inlay is missing off the frame (see the upper left & lower right corner pictured) but I feel it adds character.
