This beautiful watercolor painting features a landscape and small white cottage set among hills and forest. It is framed and matted.

This was very hard to photograph because of the glass. There is a lot of reflection in the photos. Please excuse!

I don't see a signature. The painting is so lovely that it seems someone would have wanted to sign their name to it! Possibly it is under the buy matte.

This vintage framed painting measures 18 1/2" by 14 1/2".

The painting is in wonderful condition. The frame has some scratches. There is a close-up of this in the photos above. The white matte is a little bit browned from age.
