We are pleased to offer for sale this Mattel 1978 Sun Lovin' Malibu Ken doll dressed in the best buy outfit, #9702 from 1977-78. Ken is in mint condition with molded blond hair intact and terrific facial paint with that sparklin' smile buy intact as well as the tan lines on his body. Joints are tight and fingers and toes also. He wears the very cool, Best Buy outfit stock number 9702 that features cloudy blue pants wtih attached yellow braid suspenders with navy tabs and a long sleeved tricot shirt with a sun and clouds decal (so of the time period). The outfit is mint...as the suspenders had no elasticity from time we tided them in a knot in the back and also added a pair of white sneakers to the set. The pieces come to you from a SMOKE FREE home and will be a fun addition to any collection!
