Okay, these pockets can carry a lot! A dozen eggs, clothespins for a full laundry load, kittens! Pink linen pinafore apron from the 1920s to early 1930s.
Buttons in the back with the skirt split as is on most of these aprons. Piping along the edges. Freshly laundered and air-dried. She looked to be crisp, pressed, old stock before soaking, but truly needed to be cleaned.
A larger size (shown unclipped on the 32-24-33 form). 46 inches shoulder to hem, and just to 20 inches across the front of the waist. Now this leaves room for the garments worn underneath, and it's not meant to be fitted. Should work well for 34 to 36 waist.
