Welcome signs are a beautiful Wedding décor to welcome your guest. This modern wedding welcome sign is made out of Clear acrylic sheet and back is painted in your desired color.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Choose your sign size from the drop-down menu.
2. This sign comes in color choices detailed in listing dropdown menu.
3. Please put names, date, and color text you want in the personalization box

4. We do not send proof unless otherwise stated in buyer notes.

PROCESSING TIMES:

This is a product that is specifically made for you so each one is printed ONLY when purchased. We understand it is important to receive your order in a timely manner, so we try and get your order out ASAP. If you are concerned about the transit or processing time, please contact us before purchasing so we can make sure we can accommodate you.
Remember processing time is not the same as shipping time so you need to make sure to add processing time with shipping time to the time it takes to get to you.

Want to see a proof of the design with your personalization or custom request? Please message us and we can mock it up for you to approve before purchasing. Once your order is placed, it goes right into production.

DESIGN PROOF:

A design proof will add 2-3 business days to our processing time to allow for time for proof approvals. A maximum of 2 edits to proofs will be provided.

Other Information:
If anything is damaged when you receive your product(s) Do NOT reach out to the delivery service. If you contact them before us, we cannot guarantee replacement. We need the following to claim the shipment:
We will need these 6 photos and your phone number.

1. Damaged merchandise inside the box displayed as it arrived to you.
2. Packaging material used (bubble wrap, Styrofoam, etc.)
3. Damaged item outside of the box.
4. A close-up of the shipping label with tracking number.
5. 1 photo displaying the top and 2 sides.
6 .1 photo displaying the bottom and the opposite sides.

Once we have all the information listed above - we will send a replacement depending on the situation. Thanks!

VARIATION TOLERANCE:

Spilled Ink Studios reserves the right to make minor alterations for functional or aesthetic purposes. Minor alterations may include adjusting slightly off-center designs or adjusting spacing to accommodate hardware or holders.

We cannot assume responsibility for slight shade variations of products or print colors. Our products are individually made to order, just for you. Because of this each product may vary slightly. Environmental concerns and manufacturer productions cause changes beyond our control.

We will not be responsible for minor scratches, scuffs or heat marks on plastics as this is a common occurrence in the production, printing, stacking and shipping of such products. Markings less than the size of a nickel are not considered a defect. While every attempt is made to prevent these from occurring through our handling, customers must assume this risk on all orders.
