Zippo Lighter Pennsylvania Lottery 10th Anniversary 1972-1982. Lighter is in great shape, still sparks well. It doesn't appear to have ever been lit, ie buy the wick looks unburned and theres no blackened parts on the inside. Comes with original plastic case and cardboard sleeve that goes over the case.
