Harness Pet Dress for your Precious Girl has buy several layers skirt. The top layer is Red-White-Blue trimmed with White Lace, the 2nd Layer is Red, trimmed with gathered red lace with sequins, and the 3rd and 4th layers is red tulle, to add fullness and fanciness.
The Red-White-Blue printed bodice had Red Lace mini Sleeves, Red ribbon belt and one or two, red and blue, with white stars, ribbons in the waistline.
Made of cotton and fully lined. Velcro closures at neck and chest that will adjust for comfort fit. It comes with or without a D-ring.
