SHIPPING POLICIES

I mainly use USPS,DHLE Global Mail Asia,UPS,FedDex for the shipping of goods depending on the amount and days that you have ordered. Usually under normal circumstances the standard delivery take about 10-15 days to reach you. If you want the goods quicker you can always opt for express shipping which can deliver the parcel in 5-7 working days.
The processing of the order takes around 1-3 days to get it for shipping.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY


If due to some reason the customer is not satisfied with the product received then he/she should inform me within 24 hours of the delivery and can exchange the product for same product or any other product from the shop of same price range But the ship back costs are incurred by the customer. Also the item should be sent back to me within 7-10 days of the delivery.
All custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled as I have changed my item according to the customers aspectations.

CARE GIDELINES : While we do everything we can to make each ring as durable as possible,many of our rings are made using natural materials which are more suscepitble to damage from water exposure, impact, chemicals, scratching, and other outside forces than solid silver rings would be. We apply a sealant to each ring which has natural materials, however the sealant does not provide a guarantee against water damage or breakage due to impact and other forms of abuse. These rings with natural materials should not be expected to withstand the same abuse as soilid metal rings.

PROCESSING TIME : Our standard time is 1-2 weeks from time of purchase. I am very happr to provide rush order service , the price is 50$, the process time would be 7-8 business days instead of 1-2 weeks.
