Get your portrait embroidered!

Send me your desired photo, I will turn it into a beautiful embroidered portrait - a perfect and unusual gift for your loved one (or just for yourself).

This unique personalised piece will be made at Hoop Doggy Dog's home studio buy in Manchester, England. It will be lovingly hand-stitched by either Laura or Chris.

If interested in making a purchase, please send me the photo you would like us to use first. Ideally it would be clear with good light so that we can pick out all those fine details.

❖ Materials & Construction:

The design will be completely hand-stitched on cotton or calico stretched over a wooden embroidery hoop. The finished hoop is very light and easy to hang on a wall or can be propped up on a shelf.

This item is made in a home under two cat's dictatorship, but we do try to ensure they have no contact with the materials we use or the finished products.


❖ Dimensions:

The hoop is 7 inches in diameter.


❖ Shipping:

UK shipments will either be sent Royal Mail First Class or via Hermes UK.

International shipments will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard which is an UNTRACKED service. If you require tracking, please select this option at checkout.

Sometimes things go wrong with deliveries which is beyond our control...

• UK customers: if you haven't received your item after 5 working days of receiving the shipping notification, please get in touch.

• International customers: if you haven't received your order after 28 working days of receiving the shipping notification, please get in touch.

Late deliveries are usually as a result of delays at customs, especially during the pandemic / as a result of Brexit.

We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post, but in the very unlikely event this should this happen we will try our best to rectify the situation.


❖ Refunds & Exchanges:

We put a lot of time and love into our work, so we put a lot of care into packaging them safely. If the order arrives damaged, please get in touch. We may ask for photo of the damage to be sent so we can see if we need to adapt the way we package certain items or change the method that we send those orders.

Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged once the order is made, unless the item is found to be faulty.

Finally, please do contact us before leaving any negative feedback - we will do all we can to resolve any dissatisfaction.
