buy This is a pair of Athearn '42 single dome Phillips 66 tank cars. They come in unmarked boxes with small, instruction sheets - one appears to be original while the other looks like a photocopy. Both tank cars are in good condition but does have one some rust on an axle (6th photo). These are H-O scale.
