CHANGES (SIZE AND TYPES)

We have sizes for all sizes, rooms and outdoor environments. In addition, we can specially produce for you in the sizes you want.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When you order, we ship the 1st Day carpet with DHL EXPRESS, if you are in any country in Europe the carpet will be delivered to you within 2 days.

If you are in America or Canada, you will receive it in 3 or 4 days.

Delivery is made to all other countries of the world between 2-5 days on average, and from time to time there may be delays due to address and country conditions, but this did not exceed 1% of our total order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE RULE

We produce your orders specially for you. These rugs, which are specially produced for you, are delivered to the cargo after passing the quality control, but if there is a problem such as a production error, we take the necessary measures for your satisfaction.

We cannot accept returns and exchanges except for these reasons, your satisfaction is our first priority, we are extremely sensitive to fulfill all our duties in this regard, but we respond positively to return requests for non-arbitrary and valid reasons.
