This is an unused Hotel Collection duvet set with two pillow Shams and a duvet cover. We bought it from Macys and we decided to use it on thanksgiving and thats why we didn't take it out because its fold and press will be harmed think that. But when later we opened we dint like it much in our room and decided to return it and they refused to take buy it without receipt as i lost receipt in that time.
