Thanks for checking out our listing. These dioramas/building are all handmade by De-sales in New Mexico USA. There are many different quality levels with models like this this some builders use the cheapest materials they can get and slap together a model and then there are those who put endless hours into building a diorama we try to be somewhere in the middle somewhere we use higher end foam board and a variety of wood and plastic products so we can give you good quality but still offer a reasonable price. Keep that in mind when buying a diorama it's true that "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". My items are made in a fully functioning woodworking shop along with cabinets and furniture and I have been doing this for many years. Some parts are cut with accurate machines and some are done by hand along with the painting if you buy a finished diorama as most of mine are also available unfinished as well.

There are still many small simple car lots around like this it represents those and another interesting way to display your models. Available here unfinished or finished and with or without the parking lot curb system to define your car lot space. These are made to order the front of the small building is made of MDF and wood components which works well for custom finishing. The windows are a full size with with clear plastic window and door inserts. They do not open they are fixed but the roof comes off to see what is displayed inside. The sides and roof are made of high end foam board it's white on one side and gray on the other you can install it whichever way you prefer if the gray isn't available we use the same board with white on both sides. The signs are computer printed graphics and each can be used with different trim colors there are many choices from the drop down menu. The model in the unfinished photo is not glued together just held together temporarily for the photo so items do not fit tight. The optional curb buy system is a way to define your used car lot 8 curbs allow you to make the display lot as large or as small as you like.

***The unfinished models require some basic clueing and assembly that is done so you can paint them before putting them together it's much easier!

***Other color combinations and sizes are available if I have the time to do custom models they do of course cost more.

There is a 15 -20 business day lead time on the models but often they are done early.

Ships expedited shipping once made the unfinished ones are generally shipped in about a 5 to 10 days
