These are made of the highest quality 12 gauge 1100-O commercially pure food safe aluminum. This is pure aluminum and is less reactive to one's skin than sterling silver.

Cuffs will be shipped FLAT

***These aluminum blanks are made out of 12 gauge aluminum. I feel that this is a far superior cuff than buy most you find on Etsy that are only 14 gauge. They are slightly thicker than a 14 gauge and really handle stamping extremely well. They also make for a much more durable cuff after you have worked and finished them for your customers.***

-Each piece comes fully tumbled and de-burred.

-We source our aluminum from mills only found here in the USA, allowing us to be 100% made in the USA, something you can take pride in with your finished product.

-Each piece comes fully ended with rounded corners, given the end product a more “comfort” fit.

-Our 12g is tempered to be Soft Strike, making the surface ideal for stamping.

-We have designed custom machinery that delivers nearly identical cuts in our standard listed sizes, giving our customers a higher quality blank for their one of a kind creations.

-We stamp, tumble, de-burr and stock daily in order to ensure a quick turn around time.

- Why don't the blanks come PVC coated??? There is no coating, because we go the extra step to tumble and de-burr each blank:)
