In the unfortunate event that one of my pieces is damaged during shipping please notify me in a timely manner (no later than one week upon arrival). Please take pictures of the damage on the item as well as damage to the packaging. I always ship insured but evidence of damage buy is required so please take pictures. I am more than happy to work with you to repair any damage. I pack my items with the upmost care but I can not control what happens once they leave my hands:(
