Both games. Mario party 6 is CIB. The scratches on the front are on the plastic of the box, not the artwork. Artwork has minor flaws but I showed pictures to show its in decent shape. Mario party 4 buy is game, manual, and box. Both games tested and work great. Some surface scratches from regular use.
