Listing is for this previously owned Holiday Time buy Nicks Lighting Emporium Lighted Christmas Village House, it appears to be in good condition I don't see any damage light cord is included. It is approx 7" wide by 9-3/4" tall. It comes in original box with styrofoam insert.

Shipping ceramic, glass and breakable items is expensive there just isn't a way around it, most items are doubled boxed with lots of fill to ensure the item arrives safely. I prefer priority mail shipping to 1st class mail so the item spends less time in the hands of the post office.
