Reiki is a universal energy that flows through all things, connecting us all on a spiritual and energetic level. A Reiki practitioner is taught how to channel this energy through themselves, through their hands, to where it is needed. Because energy know no boundaries, Reiki energy can be channelled through time and space to wherever it is needed - this is distant Reiki healing.
Reiki can be used to balance your energy centres or 'chakras', it can be used to help calm your mind, and to direct universal healing energies to specific parts of the body.
Reiki is not about connecting to Spirit Guides or clearing unwanted Spirit attention from you.
Your Reiki session will be undertaken by a certified Reiki Master, trained in Usui Reiki, who has practised and taught Reiki for many years. Upon purchase of the session, we shall arrange a suitable time for your healing. After the healing, if you would like, you will be given feedback from the session, and an opportunity to discuss what you have experienced, if you'd like to.
