Multicolor, black knit cowl; reversible, scandinavian snowflake design; warm, cozy, soft, buy fitted; men's gaiter, women's cowl; rainbow colors

This is the most beautiful cowl I've ever made!* Rainbow yarn is double-knit with black to make two distinct designs: one side is half red, yellow/orange, and green with black markings, and the other half is black with light blue and fuchsia (the first picture); the reverse is black with red, yellow/orange, and green plus light blue and fuchsia with black markings (the second picture). Sounds confusing, but the pictures demonstrate the design. The rainbow yarn is slightly hazy and gives a pretty halo.

The double knitting makes for an extra warm and cozy cowl. I suppose we can call it a gaiter for men and a cowl for women, although it's really the same thing, right? This cowl is made with a really nice acrylic yarn, but I would recommend hand-washing so the fibers will not merge together and distort the design. I'm currently in the midst of knitting a matching set of fingerless gloves - super thick and warm, and I have included a picture. You may choose 2 custom colors in a variety of yarns: 100% wool (usually softer and hand wash); superwash wool (still 100% wool but can be machine washed); a wool acrylic blend (generally machine wash); or acrylic (machine wash).

*This exact cowl has already been purchased, so your cowl will be started when ordered. The yarns and pattern will be similar, only the color distribution will vary slightly.
