Product code: Tulip silk scarf, Handmade silk scarf with floral motive, Hand painted scarf, Trendy buy scarf, Mother day gift, Violet blue silk scarf

Delicate flowers of lilac tulips on two sides of the scarf linked with dark blue spirals and light green leaves. All outlines are done with the black outliner. Some slight imperfections make the scarf even more distinct. The background of the scarf is a combination of blue and lilac tones with an effect that can be achieved on silk with the help of water and alcohol drops.

This scarf is painted on fine 100% pure silk (ponge 9).
Dimensions: 180x45 cm (approx. 71" x 17") This is original size - slight shrinkage occurs due to the steam-setting process.
Please note: Colours can slightly vary due buy to calibration differences in monitors.

All the scarves in my store are hand-painted by me. They come in an elegant gift box, together with my business card and care instructions.
I use high quality, natural base, professional silk dyes, which are afterwards permanently steam fixed. This process bonds the dye with the silk and ensures that the colours remain vibrant and resistant to wash and wear for years.

Care instructions for scarf:
The hand-painted silk scarves can be hand washed in cooler water with a mild soap. Be careful not to rub or twist the scarf too hard, as well as not to let it soak for hours in the water.
Hang it on a towel rack to dry. Press the silk scarf always on the reverse side, using a warm setting/or the silk setting of your iron. Avoid using hot iron onto the silk - you may burn the fabric. Do not bleach and do not dry clean.
The silk dyes used for the painting of each scarf have been steamed-set for permanence, and you can hand-wash the scarf as often as you might need.
