These creamy slabs of candied thick smoked bacon pieces in rich dark chocolate, are sprinkled lightly with sea salt ( and you'll back for more if you are a bacon lover.)

. The bacon spends over 2 hours in my oven to melt off the extra fat and them it is combined with a little butter and brown sugar and spread on buy the bottom of the baking pan. Lastly covered with melted dark chocolate and cooled over night. Then it is fresh and ready to ship Priority Mail to you.

The bark ships in it's own container tray with resealable lid and is a sheet 12 x 8.5 inches and at least 11/2 inch thick. Heavy duty snacking!

They are sold by the large thick slabs and ship to you freshly baked in food quality packaging. They have a very long self life in the frig-ready for your next candied bacon snack attack. The food quality container can be removed from the chocolate if chilled, to use to break the pieces off as shown in my photo. Or a more dignified approach would be to leave it in the container and cut into squares !!!
