Up for sale is one of thirty-nine total antique historical military photos from a Tampa / Lakeland Florida Company circa 1900. Each image is sold separately with many having a small handwritten description verso. These images are mounted to thick board and have remained unframed and in good condition as they are over 100 years old. They show toning and can exhibit minor surface imperfections/blemishes. All of these images give us a very candid and intimate look into the life of this military company stationed in Tampa / Lakeland, Florida. Each image is mounted to board measuring roughly 3 7/8 x 5 inches. The quality of the majority of images are excellent being crisp and in focus giving us a very interesting insight into early Florida military life.

This image is number 4 of 39 and depicts a military camp scene with soldiers building a horse-drawn carriage. Three men in uniform are present with two in the right of the image carrying over a wood frame for the nearly-completed wagon. Written verso reads "Army Wagon - Lakeland". I greatly enjoy the moss-covered oak trees, palm trees, and large pine trees that decorate/dot the landscape in the images of this collection.
