Purchased at an Estate sale. I was told by the rep that this was used as interior decor, and it appears to have been hand forged/soldered. It is dimensional and heavy. There's a Hole in the bottom in order to attach to a Pipe for using as a working vane. I make no guarantees as to the working because it has only been used as home buy decor.
