Mixed media artwork based on Beetles and collections. Unique original artwork.I have combine eco-print, gel plate print and batik techniques in this piece. The colours are rich golds and browns with flashes of metalic .
I am interested in rich surfaces , dense in colour and pattern. The colours and shapes are inspired by the place I live in the beautiful Welsh countrydside in a village called Llangynog. I love the oranges and dirty yellows of the lichens contrasting with the slate and pale grey rocks.
