⫸ TIP - USE DOWN/FEATHER OR SYNTHETIC DOWN/FEATHER INSERTS
These insert types give the best high-end look and ability to "karate chop." Our customers have loved Pillowflex and ComfyDown brand inserts. The insert size you need is part personal preference. For smaller covers, it can be best to use the same insert size as cover size, especially if the insert is very puffy. For larger covers, designers often prefer to use an insert that is 1 to 2 inches LARGER than the cover size.

Your home lighting and surrounding colors will also change color appearance. We cannot control this, and so we do not accept returns on items based on perceived color differences.

There are no exceptions because a purchaser decides a fabric does not look as they expected or doesn't go with their decor. Inserts are not included. We suggest using feather/down or synthetic feather/down inserts for a great looking pillow. (Pillowflex on Etsy and Amazon is a customer favorite!)

Designer decor fabrics are not machine washable. Spot or dry clean only unless otherwise specified. We love Woolite and Dryel at-home dry cleaning kits for easy spot cleaning and freshening in the dryer.
