This is the only copy of "Nellie's Christmas Eve" this small size and with this cover and back cover artwork that I have ever seen.
There are some signs of age. There is a visible tear on the cover, top right and a smaller tear on left top cover. The inside pages are in very good vintage condition. No writing or stains. Staples are intact and pages are tight. It has been well loved!
The book measures 8.785 inches tall x 6.75 inches wide.
