Antique wooden box.
The box is made of oak and has a wooden pearl rim on top. A tooth connection on the corners.
The box was probably previously a glove box and later hinges were fitted on the long side and it was used as a sewing box.

The box is in used and lived condition: on buy the short sides of the lid the wooden decorative rim is missing; the hinges have been moved; the lid closes slightly skewed; the lock no longer works; an edge of the wood has broken off; crack in the bottom. Other than that, solid and good.
