Please remember that vintage items are previously owned and used and hopefully loved but most are going to have some wear, imperfections and signs of age and that sometimes adds to their appeal.
We use plenty of bubble wrap and other packaging materials to ensure that your item arrives safe and sound. It is important to us that you receive the item you pay for and are happy with our service, however, we cannot be responsible for how Canada Post handles your package. Canada Post does not cover breakage for most things even with insurance, so it is in our best interest and the interest of our customers to wrap and wrap and wrap!!!
The included international shipping is by “surface” mail. Upgrades are available that include a tracking number and faster shipping times. Boxscape Vintage will not be held responsible for any untracked packages that become “undelivered” or “lost in the mail”. After we have shipped an item, we no longer have any influence over the delivery. Please see all shipping options available at “Check Out”.
Please also be aware that “surface” mail can take anywhere between 4 and 12 weeks for orders outside of Canada and the U.S.A.
