This listing is for an antique Unmarked NIPPON Chocolate Pot
Geisha style design with hand painted Japanese Garden scene with Geisha girls.
Enamel style accents around the top and on the lid.

Very good condition. The lid has a very fine hairline crack which you can view in the last two photos that I have provided.
It does not affect the integrity or beauty of the piece but needs to be disclosed so you are fully away that it is there.

This piece has been in my family for decades. It has been kept in a china cabinet on display and as you can see from the photos it is very unlikely that this piece was ever used.
My Grandmother and her mother (my Great Grandmother) were huge collectors of porcelain and glass ware and this is one of the many pieces that they owned and displayed in the family home.

Dimensions of pot are as follows:
9.75 inches tall with lid in place and to the top of the final on lid.
6.5 inches wide from the spout to the outer part of the handle.

I believe this piece is unmarked Nippon ~ Circa 1880 - 1909

Aside from the hairline crack in the lid this piece is free of any other chips, cracks or issues.
The piece does show some minor manufacturing imperfections which is very common in pieces that date back to this time.
This piece is NOT NEW so please understand that antique pieces come with minor manufacturing flaws due to the porcelain that was used back at that time.
