This sophisticated, contemporary pendant and earring set is made from Colorado Box Elder Burl Wood. This light-colored soft wood often develops a red stain - a natural defense when the tree is wounded or injured while growing. This reddish and pick color is rare, making this jewelry very special.

This unique, imperfect, one-of-a-kind handcrafted wood product is produced from the Box Elder Burl tree harvested in 2010 from Beulah, Colorado. This beautiful wood product is stabilized and heat cured to harden the delicate sapwood, heartwood, and darker colored buy tree bark. This product is finished and rubbed with walnut oil and bee's wax and all metal accents are 100% Sterling Silver.
