The price is given for the toy on the listing's picture. Each drawing is estimated and has a different price!

I will turn your child's drawing (or any drawing) into a plushie.

The size of the toy for the mentioned prose will be approximately 30 cm (the longest side)

Please mind that we make real 3D plushies, if not requested other. We make toys from the picture, not the verbal description of the toy. If you are not able to draw it, we can't make it.

The choice of fabric is up to ToyWorkshopGifts, we choose the best matching according to our opinion to the picture visualization available at the local market. The final result of the toy is to match as closely as possible the received drawing visually.
For the hair we use yarn thread or Minky, the choice is up to us.

Some shades of colors cannot be found in fabrics we use plain colors available on the market that can be found. If you make the order you agree that the plain color of fabric may be used to make the toy. No refunds due to the darkness or shades of colors.

Different monitors have different color settings and the shades of the colors may show differently at different monitors.

If the reference is not clear we leave the right to interpret the reference and made the toy according to our understanding.

We do not use verbal instructions as the reference, only the drawing, picture, reference sheet are used as a reference for making the toy.


If the toy is expected to have long fur, ToyWorkshopGifts has a right to use minky as the main fabric with short fur. Long fur colors and availability is limited on the market. You confirm that you agree to, no refunds for the not matching color or lengths of the fur.
Clothes can be made from other types of fabrics to ur choice. Some small lines, dots, shades may be made with the help of paint, markers, and coloring.

If you are ordering a logo plush, PLEASE NOTE - we do not make small, long words and letters or images of the logo. We will make the 3D plush only. You may order on your own expense the embroidery patchwork and attach it by yourself or with the help of 3rd parties.

If the picture is given with a variety of clothes and outfits, the cost of the plush includes only one outfit, if you do not point the one you want in the comments, the choice is to be made by us.

After the order is made, it is up to ToyWorkshopGifts to make or not to make additional changes upon customer's request. Some changes may not be done or will affect the price of the toy. Please do not ask for cardinal changes not shown on the drawing or picture.

Taking care of a toy:
1) do not machine wash
2) gentle hand wash or dry wash only
3) after washing the minky and faux fur may become rough.
4) no complaints or returns if water has been applied

All our items are made to order and we don't have them ready to ship. We need about 4 weeks (and longer if a high season )to find the fabrics and to sew the toy. We might have some orders in the queue waiting to be done. Ask for the real timing. The estimated time usually is 80% accurate, but sometimes it is longer, we are dependent on suppliers, holidays, weekends.

The ordering process is quite simple:

Step 1: Send us a photo/scan of your child's drawing to personal messages (or any other picture, project, a print screen you find useful as to be used as visual support while making the toy)
Feel free to mention any details You think might help.
The name and age of the young artist and, of course, the address you want the doll to be shipped to.
Some toy can be made with internal wiring. Please give instructions about this matter.
Please give all the details before we estimate the price. Giving additional details may change the price of the toy.

Step 2: We will send you the final price (including the shipping) and if you are OK with it, we will make a listing for your toy, please make an order and pay. Do NOT use this listing, if you want to order your own designed toy from picture or drawing. Order and pay only if the listing shows the picture, you wish to order.

Step 3: After we receive the payment, we begin to work on a unique plushie

Step 4: We show you the pictures of the final product

Step 5: In 1 - 3 days we sent the toy out to the customer, if no reply comes in 3 days we will send it as it has been approved by the customer.

Step 6: We give a customer the tracking number and the pictures of the sending

By ordering the service you confirm that the result of the order and service provided, the toy that will be made from the picture you have provided, can be displayed by ToyWorkshopGifts on Etsy, and social media and another web pages, as a display of our work and craftsmanship. The plushies are made as a decorum only. If used by the children only under adult's supervision and responsibility. Plushies may include small parts and internal wiring to make them poseable.

When the final result of the plush, it may not be 100% match to the provided reference, we do all the best to be as close as possible if forms and colors. Before you order please check the skills and artistic ability of the vendor. No refunds for custom orders is possible.

ToyWorkshopGifts remains the right to cancel the order and to refund in complete the customer without explanations at any stage of the progress.


Worldwide shipping will be handled by Registered Air Mail and it will take 14-60 days to ship.
The date of shipping is approximate. It can be longer or faster. Packages may come (and will come 90%) as signed mail. Be prepared to sign for it, if you are not at home, turn to your local post office, to collect the parcel.

We do not take orders to be delivered before a stated date. Please order, only if you are happy to receive the toy even if it arrives later.

If a package comes damaged please file a report whilst the package is being handed to you. Do not let the postman go leaving you with a damaged parcel. Make a post person document the fact of the damaged sending.


November and December time, before Christmas time - shipping time is not guaranteed, timing is up to the international Delivery. No comments or refunds for late delivery.
