A little about Sapphire and Hematite:
Sapphire is the non-red variety of corundum and is the second hardest natural mineral in the world. Blue is by far the most popular color for sapphires, but they can be almost any color including yellow, green, white, colorless, pink, orange, brown, and purple. Padparadscha is the name of a rare orange-pink variety of sapphire. Sapphire provides spiritual enlightenment and inner peace. Sapphire aids in clairvoyance, and helps heal depression.
Hematite is one of the most common minerals. The color of most red and brown rock, such as sandstone is caused by small amounts of Hematite. Hematite is believed to be a healing and grounding stone, strengthening the body and lessening life's stresses. Hematite reduces stress, and increases optimism and courage.
