Beautiful porcelain cheese keeper/butter keeper /lidded dish
The piece has a floral design “Chinz” design with painted gold handle and accents
The piece has markings on bottom and numbered on bottom of plate and inside of lid. It is from England bought at an auction.
It shows some of paint loss on handle and some staining on bottom of plate and crazing which is usual for a piece of this age .
Look at photo closely may have been a small repair done to a chip. It is small and on bottom of the plate buy .
The lid is approximately 6
1/2" inches long and 4" inches tall and
the dish is approximately 9" inches
long.
