I always strive to ensure customers are completely happy with their purchases from my shop. This includes making high-quality jewelry in my studio and ensuring the photos and descriptions of each item in my shop are clear and accurate. I am also happy to answer any questions you might have about an item - don't be shy to message me!

The above being noted, at this time Garnish Jewellery does not offer refunds. I do, however, offer exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your item to initiate an exchange. The item must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING

I offer free shipping within Canada and the United States. I use Canada Post for shipping and offer expedited shipping at the moment, which includes $100 insurance and tracking. If you wish to pay for priority shipping, please contact me before you place your order and we can make arrangements!

Items are packaged in a small white paper box and then sent in a padded envelope. I'm happy to gift-wrap your package upon request.

Please note that your package will be sent to the address provided on Etsy's checkout (even in cases where it differs from the Paypal address provided) unless otherwise requested by you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

1. I'm looking for a gift for my wife, friend, mother, sister, etc. - do you have any suggestions?

When it comes to gifting, I would typically suggest you choose a design that's more minimalist and suitable for everyday wear. If, however, it's a gift for a very special occasion, such as an anniversary or big birthday year and you know the recipient's tastes, you might want to go all out with a statement piece!

2. I'm not sure of my ring size, how do I make sure I order the correct size?

If you don't know your ring size, I would encourage you to visit a local jewellery store to have your finger professionally sized. If you live in Charlottetown, PE, please come to my shop and I'll get your finger measured properly! In my experience, online ring sizing guides tend to be inaccurate.

3. Will you resize a ring if it doesn't fit?
I do offer one free resizing for rings, however, you would be responsible for paying the shipping costs. It also takes a lot of time to resize a ring. For these reasons, I encourage all my customers to get their finger professionally sized so that the ring fits perfectly when you receive it!

4. Do you do custom orders and how does the process work?

Yes, I love doing custom orders!

Usually, as a first step, I would ask you to visit my website, Etsy shop or social media to determine if my style of jewellery is what you are looking for.

Most of the time, customers will send me photos of work that I've already done and we design something customized from that starting point.

I'll ask you a variety of questions about the stone colours you like, if you like delicate designs or something more substantial, and so on.

Oftentimes people have an idea of what they want and I give them options based on that.

5. Do you do refunds on custom orders?

I'm sorry, but I do not provide refunds for custom orders, however, I work closely with my clients throughout the design process so you can buy be assured that there will be no surprises when you see the final creation.
