This Christmas VW Bus photo booth frame is perfect to add a unique touch to your Holiday party pictures.

▪ OPTIONS ▪

- PRINT ONLY -

This is a DIY (Do It Yourself) option, assembly is required.

If you choose this, you'll receive a printed poster that you'll need to mount and cut on any material of your choice. We recommend coroplast because is weatherproof, but you can use foam board, pvc or cardboard.
The poster is printed on a high quality vinyl which already has glue on the back (like a sticker), so you just need to place it slowly on the board, or if you prefer you can leave the paper back and use liquid or spray glue to put on. Please be very careful as we are not responsible for any user errors.

- READY TO USE OPTION -

These frames are printed on high quality vinyl, then mounted on a 4mm coroplast sheet (corrugated plastic).
This material is great because is very lightweight but very resistant and durable. It's also weatherproof so you can use it outdoors too! If it gets wet, just use a towel to dry it and you're good to go.
The only assembly needed in this option is to put on the back some reinforcing strips once you unfold the frame. These come already with adhesive so it takes you 2 minutes.

Our frames are made for people to grab it for the pictures, if you need them to stand on their own you need to make them a stand.

Any frame of our collection can be changed in wording, coloring, and minor design adjustments.
If you need changes bigger than these or if you need a design that's not in our collection, you can contact us with your idea and we'll see if it's doable.

We have 4 sizes:

• S - 30" x 30" (photo space: 19"W x 12"H) - fits 1-2 faces
• M - 36" x 36" (photo space: 23"W x 13"H) - fits 2-3 faces
• L - 42" x 42" (photo space: 27"W x 15"H) - fits 3-4 faces
• XL - 48" x 48" (photo space: 30"W x 17"H) - fits 3-4 faces

If you feel friendly, you can squeeze in and fit a couple more faces.

Sizes are approximate, they may vary a couple of inches depending of the shape of the frame.

▪ ORDERING PROCESS ▪

- Select a size and material you want from the drop down menu.

- Enter the requested customizing instructions buy on the personalization box.
It's very important that you tell us the date you need it by. Most of the time we are working at full capacity so we ship out first the orders with prior event dates, and arrange the rest to make sure everyone can enjoy a frame at their party.

This step is optional, however, if your package gets lost of damaged, you're only covered for $50 USD for domestic, and $100 for international.

- At checkout, please check if the estimated dates work for you. The usual processing time is 10 business days + 2-3 days for shipping.

- You'll receive a message within 3 business days with the scheduled shipping day for your order and important info, after we get your reply we'll send you the proof of your
design. You'll have up to 3 rounds of proofs, additional rounds will be charged at $25 USD each.
It's VERY important that you check your Etsy inbox, not answering messages or approving proofs on time WILL CAUSE DELAYS.

- Once the proof is approved, we'll send your frame to production.

▪ IMPORTANT INFO ▪

- By purchasing this listing, you are stating that you have read and agree with our SHOP POLICIES (please read below).

- If you require quicker processing times than the ones stated above, we may be able to accommodate your order and ship quicker, but it depends on our current workload, and it may incur on a rush order fee ($25 USD). Contact us to check availability.

- Promised shipping dates will completely depend on the customer being responsive, we won't be able to ship on time if the proofs aren't approved when needed.

- Our frames are cut by hand. We do our best to cut it as perfect as we can, but keep in mind that it may have little imperfections.

- To keep shipping costs at minimum, we ship the frames folded in half and include 2 strips with adhesive to reinforce it once you unfold. This may cause a small mark on the frame that will be barely noticeable once you put the strips in place. See the pictures to check this
mark.

- If you don't leave any information in the personalization box, we'll make your frame without any wording and in the same coloring as in the picture.

- We'll try to contact you with the proof 3 times within 2 weeks after the order is placed. If we don't hear back, the frame will be printed as in the proof, and it will take an additional week to ship.

- All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days).

- Express Mail is available for purchase if needed (1-3 business days)

- Shipping insurance gets you covered for the total amount of your order. If you don't purchase it and something happens to your package you'll only be covered for the $50 Priority Mail includes.
