1. Some loose threads - It is normal that the products have some loose threads.

2. A little oil or small stains - It is possible that the fabric may have a little bit of oil or stains from the creation process.

3. Seams or hems are not straight - This shop is run by humans, not robots and the shop cannot promise everything will be completely straight.

4. Fabric is too thin, too thick, too sheer, or too blackout - Everyone has different standards of these measurements and the shop cannot guarantee that the thickness of the fabric or the sheerness of the fabric is what you like. If you are picky about the fabric, please pay for a fabric swatch before ordering to avoid this issue.

5. Product is too big or too small (see the SIZE TOLERANCE for details).

6. Product is not as full as the pictures or the products don't look as beautiful as listing pictures - The fullness depends on the fabric you purchased. If you purchased the wrong size or didn't pay the upgraded fee, then, of course, it is not full.

7. Colour is not the same - All the pictures are real but the actual colour of the product could be different from your monitor because every monitor displays colour differently.

The above situations are NOT to be considered as quality issues.
When you place the order, that means you automatically agree with the above terms.

WHAT IS A SIZE TOLERANCE?

Size tolerance is the allowable limit of variation in the measurement.
Our size tolerance is plus 3” buy or minus 1".
If the requested length 85”, then the smallest allowable size is 84" and the largest allowable size is 88".

WHY ARE SIZE TOLERANCES NECESSARY?

Minor variation in sizing is unavoidable due to cutting and sewing processes. More significantly, some fabric will shrink or stretch as much as 5% when laundered. For this reason, it is impossible to guarantee sizing more precise than our stated tolerances.

When you make a purchase, you agree to our size tolerance above and you understand that it is not a quality issue and will not complain about size fitting. The shop does not provide any refund/ exchange/ return if the product size you received is within our size tolerance.
