* (1) UNCLEAN estates and CLEANED items available and noted in individual listing titles. I take a less is more approach to restoration meaning as much of the original pipe will be saved as possible. All cleaning, scraping, sanding, buffing, polishing, etc. is solely done by hand to minimally compromise its shape & structure. Some restorers use oxiclean to remove oxidation causing material loss and possible modification of shank to keep everything flush. Vulcanite stems oxidize, over doing this may destroy it and require a replacement. I do not do, nor recommend this process. New owners may do so at their own leisure and risk if chosen.
* (2) Approximate SHIPPING TIME is 3-5 business days. Sometimes orders may ship sooner depending on work that week. This shop is run as a hobby so since I have multiple emails due to other business I only check the store 1-3x a week at most. If you prefer not to have any accessories included please let me know and I will be happy to remove them. It will not change the price however since they are just extras. International customers must be aware of and accept all local import laws and taxes before ordering.
* (3) Listing DESCRIPTIONS are strictly based on available SOURCES. ~99%+ of these pipes were made before I was born; I am only human, have limited time, therefore, all information is collected is from similar previously sold items or sites of reputable background. Since these are antique or vintage items please be a responsible consumer by doing research prior to purchase; same as should be done with any other item. If anyone notices any potential error please contact me so that the listing can be changed before a sale, I will be happy to do so and appreciate your help & understanding.
* (4) If you wish to PLACE an ITEM ON HOLD for several weeks or a month please contact me and I can do so by changing its title. Any listing titled "Unavailable On Hold Reserved For ..." is unfortunately not available; please do not order. A 10% listing restocking fee will be deducted upon immediate refund regardless due to automatically applied non negotiable Etsy, PayPal, or credit card fees. Please do not order unless you are the individual specifically named in the title and description of the listing.
* (5) Please be aware I FURTHER DISCOUNT PIPES when paired so it will always cost more alone; it is done as a win win to incentivize and reward bigger purchases. If pairs are separated unfortunately it does not mean half the price because they are often pipes of different values. There will also be an additional charge of $5 for every pipe under $30 and $10 for any over $30 if chosen to individually split listings.
* (6) Listings may periodically change price or pairings at stores discretion or not be available after 2+ months if not sold. Sometimes pipe pairs may be listed at a cheaper price originally than they would at a later time or paired with another item due to changing market values. Unfortunately due to previous issues, low margins, taxes, supplies, shipping, & general increased expenses from global economic problems, BEST OFFERS are NOT ACCEPTED, sorry for the inconvenience. * (7) USPS provides free tracking only within the USA; international package tracking and insurance upgrade options are available at checkout at buyers expense. If you choose not to get insurance be aware all risk is then placed on you; NEITHER DISCOUNTPIPEDEPOT OR ETSY are responsible for any issues during transit. For customers with insurance USPS will provide all refunds in the unlikely event that any package is damaged or lost during shipment both within the USA and abroad with tracking confirmation; NOT MYSELF or ETSY. Orders shipped Standard First Class International are only tracked within the United States; once it leaves US territory tracking is not available. International customers must contact local mail service for questions or issues once package leaves USA or USPS in case of filing a insurance claim. This is a standard USPS policy with USPS and any vendor using them.
* (8) PACKAGES totaling 13oz or less ship First Class, anything over uses Priority Flat Rate packages based on the volume size of items shipped within the USA. If you do not want free standard First Class shipping on smaller orders Priority is available at buyer's expense and will be based contents size if you choose this option. International orders be aware that some countries have historically bad mail delivery and the ongoing current health concerns often made service worse. Take proper precautions if you live in one of these and fully read shipping & tax policy below just in case. 99% of the time packages arrive fine although possibly delayed but it may be worth considering a shipping upgrade on an expensive order.
* (9) Note that I do not have control over any taxes included on Etsy orders from federal, state, or local municipalities. They are automatically applied according to your shipping destination. It is the RESPONSIBILITY of importing international CUSTOMERS to know laws, regulations, taxes, tariffs, etc. within their country.

I always try to include all manufacturer markings information, the best descriptions, pictures, and important angles as possible to help make the proper choice easier. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me WITHIN THAT TIME so I can resolve the issue right away. Case must be requested via message or opened within 15 days of delivery and items received in the same unused condition they arrived; if any pipe has been smoked, returns are only accepted if the item is defective.
