buy Offered for sale is a mounted and framed Alpine Black Swallowtail butterfly, Papilio maackii, from China.

The black shadowbox frame is 5x7x1.” The moth is mounted on black Kraft board that is acid and lignin free. A silver foil triple moon symbol is quilled on the kraft board. There is a tag on the back of the frame identifying the common name, species name, and locality of the insect.

All insects used in my Etsy shop are from sustainable and ethical sources, such as: insect ranches, butterfly farms, aviaries, or they are hand raised. All insects used in my art lived a full life and died naturally.
