Chris Duncan works with sheet metal to create awesome pop-culture inspired artwork that is sold to private collectors, and via galleries and art shows. Particularly, Chris's unique ComicCan work is becoming more and more popular with its unusual combination of art created straight onto drink cans that have been collected from the streets.
This BABY GROOT PRINT has come from an original piece created on a GUINNESS can.
On the original Chris draws on to the can buy and manipulating both sides of the metal creating a slight relief or 3D effect.
Using chemicals he darkens off some of the raw metal he has revealed to help bring out the subject matter.
Even though this is a print it still has a unique look seeing the graphics and typography through the image and a great story about its journey to creation.
