I really do enjoy making and creating and have done for the last 25 years, I find it so very therapeutic and love to try out new ideas and now more than ever , I have too and want too challenge myself more, to be able to find and feel inspiration .
I recently have had to give up full-time work at only aged 42 due to an progressive autoimmune illness that's effect my bones, joints and has caused spinal fusing plus it can cause sickness and at times overwhelming fatigue.

So to stay focused and to cope with this change and as I say having worked with jewellery for over 25years I'm now making what's ever inspires me! Creating & making, and producing new ideas really does help and knowing other people like and buy my designs and ideas really does make me feel content!

POSTAGE:
If your item is being specially made then dispatch time will maybe longer but this will be confirmed upon ordering.

Delivery times:
All items are dispatched within 2-5 business days. I have had to allow for the fact that due to having an illness means that on some days I feel to poorly so I can't always get out to the post office straight away so I like to be honest and realistic to my customers!!
However, if you do need an item by a certain date please message me as this is possible most of the time ! I will always try and go the extra mile for my customers where I can !

For United Kingdom
I use: Royal Mail 1st class tracked . But Other methods of delivery are available please again just ask!

Europe deliveries: these can take around 4 to 8 business days to arrive following dispatch and tracking.

The rest of the world (including the USA and Canada)!I use internationally by tracking mail and this can take between five days to 4 weeks.'

We also have to bear in mind that the current situation with Covid and other global issues, everything is unpredictable at the moment so this could mean further delays, but as I say *only Could* and I will have tracked and tracing which will always allow me buy to keep an eye on your parcel and notify you if there is any possibility of delays!

If an item Is from one of my little suppliers and I don't have it in stock, then I am able to order it back in but this can sometimes take up 14days, however this will be clearly stated upon ordering.

RETURNS
It is very important to me that you are 100% happy with your Purchase, if for any reason you not satisfied please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I will do what ever I can to rectify the problem, however, if you're still not satisfied then returns can be offered on some items or an exchange will be offered. I am unable to refund in bespoke/made to order items .
*When-returning your items please can you send it back with original packaging and proof of postage .
