Wooden covered notebook with the famous Guy Fawkes mask on the front - currently the symbol of the hacktivist group Anonymous. The first page is painted black (roughly) which gives the face a nice contrast when the book is closed. Three different color options are available (gray, natural pine and whitewash). The wood finished with a glossy lacquer. The book is bound with Coptic stitching.
Size of book is approximately 105 mm x 148 mm (4.1 x 5.8 inches) - with the pages slightly smaller than the cover.
The book has 9 signatures with 12 blank pages each (108 pages in total)
I hand buy cut the image on the front using a scroll saw. The pages are bound with Coptic stitching displayed on the spine.The stitching is done with bees-waxed embroidery floss. Coptic stitching allows the book to open completely and lay flat when writing/drawing/painting.
The notebook is quite unique and I truly enjoy making these.
