Your Sailor Mercury costume will include:

Dress with white bodice and attached blue skirt
Removable blue collar
Removable light blue front and back bows
Gold ribbon tiara with blue gem
Blue ribbon choker

The costume is made from polyester satin and is fully washable so it's easy to care for. The dress zips up the back so it's easy to get on and off. All trim is securely stitched on and the bows are stitched so they don't come apart.

The bows on sizes 3/4 and up attach with pinbacks, and size 18mos - 2 attach with snaps. On sizes 3/4 and up, the front button is made from resin and glued onto the front bow. On sizes 18mos - 2, it's a covered button that's sewn onto the bow, then glued to make sure it's securely attached.

18 mo: Chest - 20" Waist - 18" Total length neck to back hem - 15 1/2"
2T: Chest - 21" Waist - 19" Total length neck to back hem - 17"
3/4: Chest - 22" Waist - 20" Total length neck to back hem - 18 1/2"
4/5: Chest - 23" Waist - 21" Total length neck to back hem - 20"
5/6: Chest - 24" Waist - 22" Total length neck to back hem - 22"
7/8: Chest - 25" Waist - 23" Total length neck to back hem - 25"
9/10: Chest - 27" Waist - 25" Total length neck to back hem - 26"
11/12: Chest - 28" Waist - 26" Total length neck to back hem - 27"
14: Chest - 30" Waist - 28" Total length neck to back hem - 28"

I want to ensure you'll be happy with your order. Due to the custom nature of my items, I'm not able to accept returns unless there was a blatant error on my part. I'm more than happy to work with you to resolve any quality issues, including covering any repair costs or replacing damaged pieces. You must contact me within 3 business days of when tracking shows it was delivered to let me know about the issue so I can help you get it resolved quickly. All listings provide sizing and measurement details. I do not accept any returns for sizing issues, so please double check all measurements when ordering.

MISSING PACKAGE POLICY:

I do not offer refunds or replacement for packages that show as delivered but are missing. If the USPS GPS shows it was delivered correctly, my obligations have been fulfilled. It's the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure location for deliveries. buy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You must contact me within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation. Any request made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

SHIPPING:

This item ships from zip code 78023 in the US. If the total weight is under 1 lb, it will ship by First Class mail. 1 lb and over will ship by Priority Mail. Insurance is mandatory and included in the shipping price. All items ship fully insured. My shipping rates include the price of postage, packaging materials, insurance, plus the cost of fuel and my time to take them to the post office and wait to have packages scanned as accepted. This guarantees your package will not sit in "pre-transit" or show as not shipped.
