You are receiving the serving stand shown in the photograph, pros and decor are not included.
Serving stand will be shipped un-assembled. You will receive brand new, never used hardware.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ASSEMBLE YOUR TIERED STAND
(for either a one, two or three tiered stand):

1) start with your bottom plate. Poke the bottom screw into buy the plate. Place a soft washer on the top side of this plate and then screw the hardware.
2) repeat this with each plate (as many tiers as you like) until all the plates are attached with the hardware. Placing one washer beneath the plate and one on top, and screwing hardware. For your top tier use the hardware with the handle.
3) tighten the hardware and screws, not too tight to break the plates... not too loose that it will make the stand wobble.
4) when ready to use, always place heaviest items on the bottom, and lighter ones on top. Like everything else, gravity will come into play if you load heavy items on the very top plate, and light items on the bottom plate.

If you don't assemble the stand correctly, it will feel wobbly. Insure there is NO washer underneath the bottom plate.
Do not wash hardware. Simply use soft cloth. No polishers, no cleaners.Plates will be bubble wrapped, and gold hardware included, which you can easily screw together, and take apart for storage
Plates are dishwasher safe, and if there are no gold/silver finish, they are also microwave safe.
