buy This is a handmade 100% cotton flannel baby quilt. I was inspired by the baby elephant fabrics popular last year and made one in blue, one in pink and one in gray. The fabric is wonderfully soft and the size is great for a cradle, crib, car-seat or stroller.
For years I have made baby quilts as gifts for new parents. Those parents have always been appreciative of a handmade item for baby and this little quilt fits the bill. The design is based on a similar one I saw online. From that photo I re-created this pattern. It is machine pieced with cotton thread and machine quilted with nylon thread. Machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. This fabric washes beautifully.
This would make a lovely baby shower gift.
The cradle, rocker and stuffed bear are not included. :)
