Aquamarine is a blue form of beryl and is also the birthstone for Pisces babies! Aquamarine is a well known stone that has been used in the past as a talisman for sailors or anybody working near the ocean for protection and fearlessness. This listing is for one bracelet, which is made up of 8mm aquamarine beads and a Karen Hill Tribe silver bead, featuring a brushed finish and floral detail around the holes.
The Karen people reside in the hills of Myanmar & Thailand, and specialize in producing some of the purest silver components, being between 99.5% and 99.9%, which is higher than sterling silver. Each piece is made by hand, by one of these artisans, making it that much more special.
Metaphysical properties: buy
Aquamarine is a type of beryl, with a very soothing and calming energy for some. It is used in the metaphysical world for reducing stress and instilling courage. It is also said to assist with accelerating the intellectual reasoning about the physical world, but more importantly about ones Higher Self and the spiritual development that comes with this connection. For many, this look inward will require courage and a sense of calm to delve deep. Aquamarine is named for its resemblance to the sea and like water, it has a flowing quality that helps us to let things go that no longer serve us. It is associated with our throat chakras, making it ideal for those people who have a hard time expressing themselves, as it can assist them to speak clearly with the force of gentle courage and compassion. As mentioned above, this stone has been used as a talisman for those who work on or near the sea. It has also used to protect oneself, albeit temporarily, from pollutants. Aquamarine should be kept out of prolonged periods of direct sunlight to avoid discoloration.

What size do I buy?
Please use a soft tape measure to measure the smallest part of your wrist, usually behind the bump of the wrist bone. While a soft tape measure will assure the most accurate fit, if you do not have one, you can alternatively use a piece of string to measure your wrist. Mark where the string meets around your wrist (making sure there is no overlap), and measure that string against a ruler. Please take care to measure your wrist properly for the best fit. As per my policies, I do add 3/4 - 1" to your wrist size, depending on the size of the beads.
