Vintage Atomic Farberware 12" Skillet "Electric Fry-Pan", Dome Lid, Model 310B, 1500 Watts, Circa 1960s, Aluminum Clad Stainless Steel, Excellent Condition, "Perfect Heat" Thermostat, No Teflon Coating. . Marked on bottom, "Aluminum Clad, Faberware, Bronx, NY, Stainless Steel." Use with wall or base receptacle only, Pan is Completely Submersible, Remove Temperature Control Before Submerging Pan, 120 Volts A.C. 1500 Watts. This atomic-style, looks like a round space ship, large cast aluminum round electric skillet/fry-pan measures buy 12" in diameter and sits 9 1/4" tall to the top of its MCM black knob. It has black bake-lite type handles, knob, and four feet. The high-domed lid extends 3 1/4" above the fry-pan for cooking large meats. The high domed lid allows for cooking of over-sized items such as roasts, whole chickens, or a large turkey breast. Featured on its oblong handle are temperatures for cooking specific meats. Cooking temperatures on heating element range from Off to 425. Condition is very clean, no damage, inside of fry-pan looks as if it was seldom used. This electric, buffet-server, fry-pan works great! It sits very stable in its four feet. Pan is completely immersible for ease in cleaning. Lid and pan are still shiny, very little dull patina finish from exposure over the years. Pan is aluminum clad stainless steel, lid is molded stainless steel. aluminum. Great addition to an atomic-retro or mid century kitchen. Outside measurements are 112" in diameter by 20 1/2 from handle to handle by 9 1/4" tall. Additional pictures provided when requested.
