Department 56 Grimsley Manor in near perfect spooky condition. Lights and sounds working perfectly. The details are gorgeous, among my favorite are the incredibly intricate black vines winding up all corners of the building, the delicate bats resting on the eaves, and the tiny shredded drapes in the side window. I've never seen such intricate details and I've owned many, many Department 56 pieces from many lines. I wish Mercari allowed video but a quick internet search will lead you to a video of this piece in action. It is quite spooky. Shipped in original box which shows typical signs of age.
