The scenes are of gentle summer afternoons in the 1800's with mothers and children engaging in a special moment. One is of one mother with son and dog, the other features two mothers, 2 children and a dog on an artistic outing.
Not a care in the world.
The lithographs are beautifully rendered and the hand coloring highlights the joy of the experience.
The frames are 21 by 17.5 inches, the picture spaces are 11 by 15. They were professionally framed in the 60's. They are in excellent condition. The frames are wood and have a raised design, painted gold.
