For any purchase order that includes a hoodie please allow ~5 extra business days for delivery as we oorder hoodies from our supplier on a 'per order' basis. This allows us to offer a wider range of sizes and colours! For customised orders we will order these in parallel during the design phase.

Customised pet designs are based on our repository of cartoon designs (which typically includes the body) customised for your pet's unique features. Once a purchase is made our team will email you within 24 hours to confirm preferences and collect pictures of your pet. We cater for all breeds and animals and the customised design will have a similar buy creative appearance as our other "Pets & Animals" designs.

Customisation charge: Our customisation fee is charged as a 'once off' per unique design requested and there is no additional charge if you want this design on multiple apparel items. For example, if you want two different pets customised then you will pay the customisation fee twice. If you want one pet customised but embroidered on multiple apparel items then you will only pay the customisation fee once.

How to make an order: Before you add item to cart please make sure to choose the apparel size and colour, add desired customisations, ensure the 'one-off' customisation charge is appropriately reflected in at least one of your cart items and clarify any design / order preferences i.e. "this apparel item is for my Bichon who is named Indie. Please customise for her light brown ears and tongue poking out".

Timing: Our team will communicate with you through email to collaborate on designing. During this time you will receive regular mock ups until you are happy with the design. This will typically take ~5-7 business days in addition to our usual fulfilment and delivery lead times, however, this is highly dependant on the number of changes you request and the frequency of your responses.
