A black glitter tutu is hand tied to an elastic band. The solid black cape is floor length at 56" long. The collar can be worn either up or down. A tall purple web witch hat is the perfect finishing touch.

Costume comes with skirt, cape with spider clip and hat.

**Please be aware that the glitter tulle does shed glitter. I shake off as much of the loose glitter as possible while I make the tutu, but it is inevitable that some will come off while the tutu is being worn.
Tutus without glitter are available upon request. At check-out put "No Glitter" in the Note to seller section.

SIZING INFO: The waist bands are elastic so they can comfortably stretch 1-2 extra inches. My tutu sizing is comparable to typical US clothing sizes.

Feeling a little cheeky? Then go with the 9" skirt as that's about all it will cover. The 9" skirts are the perfect length for Fun Run tutus!
